What is organic cotton?
Organic cotton is produced using techniques and materials that have a low impact on the environment. The cotton is grown without the use of pesticides or fertilizers and spun without the addition of chemicals. The crop is naturally protected against harmful insects by using butterflies, for example. This ensures that organic cotton is better for both the environment and the health of the cotton farmers and their animals.
Organic cotton clothing.
Clothing made from organic cotton is more pleasant for sensitive skin due to its naturalness and the absence of irritating dyes. It is also found to be softer and thicker than regular cotton, which makes organic cotton clothing last longer. This is because the fibers of regular cotton are weakened by the chemicals used in production.
